Everybody loves Baby Yoda. It’s a universal truth. And yes, we understand fully that this isn’t actually baby Yoda, but a baby that’s the same species as Yoda. That doesn’t mean we can’t use Baby Yoda as a shorthand (I’m talking to fellow LRM contributor Kyle Malone, who tries to fill our Slack channels with nonsense like “YJ,” which is his shorthand “Yoda Jr” — a term just as problematic as Baby Yoda.)

Regardless, the little guy is super cute, and while The Mandalorian hasn’t been a perfect show, Yoda and the Mandalorian’s relationship has helped bring a lot of love to the small screen. This has led to a lot of fans wanting a figure of the kid. Wish granted.

Of course, the big question here is when. When can we get our hands on the figure? That is unknown, but we do know that this delay is courtesy of Disney and Lucasfilm, who wanted to ensure the character wasn’t spoiled for audiences, so delayed the manufacturing of the figures. One can only assume they’re working hard to get him out for the holidays.

What do you think of the new figures? Let us know your thoughts down below!
