Today in Happy: the column where I find positive bits of news from around the web. In this challenging time, it’s nice to highlight some positive stuff going on in the world. Sometimes they’ll be film or geek-related. Sometimes not. But they’ll always skew toward happy. Today’s piece revolves around actor and filmmaker John Krasinski.

Krasinski has been spreading the joy as much as he can ever since the COVID-19 pandemic forced us indoors. In the midst of quarantine, he’s released his YouTube series Some Good News. As indicated by the title, the series is dedicated to bringing good news to the public during this tough time. But it looks like Krasinski isn’t done spreading some of his goodwill to many of his fans.

Hey, and you know what? If you’re not a high schooler celebrating prom, chances are high whatever he’s DJing could supply entertainment for any at-home activity you’re planning. Having a remote dinner party? Have him supply the playlist. Sitting at home by yourself playing video games? Some background noise won’t hurt.
