It’s just simply for one night of survival. All people need to do is hide, fight, and stay out of the moonlight for one night in Werewolves. Otherwise, one will become a feast for these lycanthropes.

Action star Frank Grillo (The Purge: Anarchy, Captain America: The Winter Soldier) leads the cast as everyone fights from being hunted by blood-thirsty werewolves affected by the strange eerie moonlight.

The rest of the cast includes Katrina Law (Arrow, Spartacus), Ilfenesh Hadera (Baywatch, Oldboy), Kamdynn Gary (One Piece, Panic), James Michael Cummings (Not Another Church Movie, City on a Hill), Lydia Styslinger (The War with Grandpa, Son of the South), Lou Diamond Phillips (Stand and Deliver, La Bamba), and Betzaida Landin (Dolphin Tale 2, Line of Duty).

Steven C. Miller directed the film based on the screenplay by Matthew Kennedy.

In Werewolves, a supermoon event has triggered a latent gene in every human on the planet, turning anyone who entered the moonlight into a werewolf for that one night. Chaos ensued and close to a billion people died. Now, a year later, the Supermoon is back…..

Werewolves is a guilty pleasure movie to watch on Friday and Saturday nights. It has all the horror vibes with action with the now-missed Resident Evil movie franchise.
