It’s Wednesday, so that means it’s time to get some extra insight into the impending Wheel of Time series, which is headed our way courtesy of Amazon Studios. And this is a juicy one. If you’ve been eager to see what some of the announced cast has to offer in terms of acting chops, then this is the post for you.
The official Wheel of Time Twitter account posted a nice and shiny video showing off the table read for the first episode. In it, we get to hear a line from the amazing Rosamund Pike, as well as some of the other supporting cast. It’s a great video!

I’ll admit, I’m not the best person when it comes to recognizing faces, and a lot of these actors are pretty new to me, so I can’t really speak to who’s playing who and all that, but it is exciting to see the project actually get underway.
Yes, we’ve known for weeks that the series has been in front of cameras, but this really drives that point home. So if you’re one of the millions of fans who have been waiting to see Robert Jordan’s opus realized on the small screen, you have just that much less time to wait.
