After being rumored a Wheel of Time presence has been confirmed for CCXP24 ahead of the Season 3 release. It has been rumored (follow the trail in this link) that Wheel of Time Season 3 may premiere this Spring. Check out the official post from CCXP below.

As you can see series lead Josha Stradowski, showrunner Rafe Judkins and another leading cast member in Madelaine Madden will be appearing this December at the convention in Brazil.
Whilst we cannot say what they will bring with them, one may expect a confirmed release window. If the release window, perhaps even a teaser are revealed this December, then it would indicate a Spring release is likely. I seriously doubt we’d get anything so soon if Season 3 wasn’t dropping till Fall.

Season 3 of The Wheel of Time could be make or break for the show. As we have discussed previously, the show is actually performing well compared to it’s budget. Much better in terms of cost effectiveness against viewership than flagship Amazon series The Rings of Power. However, it has also been rumored that Amazon won’t make a decision on greenlighting Season 4 until after Season 3 is released. I think they want more viewership but with no extra marketing which was poor for Season 2.
The Wheel of Time Season 3 will mostly adapt the fourth book in the series A Shadow Rising. For many fans, if this is not their favourite book, it’s certainly the one that takes the story in more interesting directions. It wasn’t until I read TSR that I truly started to love the series as a reader. Let’s hope that Season 3 can have that effect on audiences. If not, I doubt we’ll ever get another attempt at adapting this massive story again.
