While it seems like we get news regarding STAR WARS EPISODE VIII fairly frequently, the fact is we still know almost nothing about the film itself. We don’t know the plot, most of the cast, or even the name of the darn thing. While we still don’t know any of all that, thanks to actor Mark Hamill, we now know when production is expected to wrap!

As of this writing, EPISODE VIII is about a year and a half away from hitting theaters, and given the big splash that THE FORCE AWAKENS made in theaters back in December, it has quite a lot to live up to. With Rian Johnson at the helm, let’s hope it can truly the EMPIRE STRIKES BACK of the trilogy.
