When Villains Go Bad : The Worst Comic Book Movie Villains | LRM Ranks It

Welcome to the LRM Ranks It Podcast where we go deeper into our lists of favorite movies, TV shows, video games, and more. This is where you’ll get the in-depth analysis of the subjects covered in the YouTube videos in a more portable fashion. Listen in your car, at the gym, or while pretending to work!

This week, Kyle and Nick discuss the worst of the comic book movie baddies. Not the most evil, no, that’s for later. These are the villains that made us hate watching the films they ruined.

Heroes are only as good as their villains. Without a great villain to play off of, the hero becomes boring. This is an almost complete truth. Almost, because Marvel has managed to squeeze out some great movies despite crappy villains. Regardless, they could have been better.

What makes a villain great on screen? Why does a poor villain hurt a film so much? Let’s tackle these subjects and break some hearts along the way.
