This episode Nick (@geekyNICKDOLL) and Jammer (@JAMtheWriter) are here with short review of Only Murders in the Building Season 2. But first, we’ve got this week’s best trailers and biggest news to cover.
Previously, on Breaking Geek Radio: Holy Losses Batman! WB Discovery Shopping Caped Crusader & More Amid HBO Max Cuts
First off, the trailers! Nick and Jammer react to the weird trailers for Winnie the Pooh: Blood & Honey and Weird: The Al Yankovic Story. See what I did there? Nick learns that Roku TV is a thing, but it costs money? Boooooo.
News isn’t looking great for Warner Brothers Discovery as Legendary Pictures may be looking for a new home. Also, those fools cancelled DC Fandome 2022!
Sadly, our Star Trek 4 news isn’t any better with Mat Shakman leaving the film for Marvel Studios’ Fantastic Four. Who is the best fit to direct the latest Star Trek entry in the Kelvin Timeline? In another galaxy, far, far ways, Rain Johnson is hopeful he will still get his own Star Wars trilogy off the ground.
We also got casting news and rumors for Beverly Hills Cop: Axel Foley, Tom Cruise’s Less Grossman movie, and Disney+’s Wonder Man. That’s right, with Ben Kingsley joining the cast, Trevor is back baby! Again.
Finally, our review of Only Murders in the Building Season 2.
Question(s) of the day: Who would you like to see direct Star Trek 4?
Thanks to everyone who has listened and commented over the years. We do this for you just as much as for each other. We certainly wouldn’t be the premiere or flagship podcast without your support. Thank you.
