The secret is in the flavors. Or that’s what the guys of Seoul Sausage food truck like to say in the Food Network’s The Great Food Truck Race: All-Stars.
Two of the Seoul Sausage winners of the show’s season 3 returns after nine years proving to be one of the best food truck on the scene that year. Their seasonings and Korean flavors won the hearts and souls of food lovers as they’re invited back to prove that to see if they are the best of the best.
For season fourteen of The Great American Food Truck Race: All-Stars, seven previous food truck race winners were invited back to compete on another season to collect another $50,000 in prize money. This time around, the food truck on top will earn the title of the “Ultimate Food Truck Champion.”

Los Angeles-based Seoul Sausage comprises of the winning brothers Ted Kim and Yong Kim with a new teammate Han Lee Hwang of Portland. They seek out to introduce kimchi, rich balls, and sausage flavorings to the people of the San Francisco Bay Area. Seoul Sausage established brick-and-mortar restaurants in Los Angeles with even Korean fried chicken and bibimbap to their menus.
More than the halfway mark of the race, Seoul Sausage is one of the top food trucks looking to win the fourteenth season.
LRM Online’s Gig Patta spoke with Ted Kim, Yong Kim, and Han Lee Hwang about their experiences on the show and their secrets on winning these battle competitions. Also, we talked a little about their food and their answer on whether we’ll see their signature Korean sausages on the show.
The Great Food Truck Race: All Stars airs Sundays on the Food Network at 9 p.m. ET/PT and streams on discovery+ the same day.
