‘You Cannot Kill David Arquette’ Shows Actor ‘Scream’ In The Wrestling Ring [Exclusive Interview]

You Cannot Kill David Arquette is a story about blood, sweat, tears, and redemption. In order to promote the release of his 2000 movie, Ready To Rumble, actor David Arquette (Scream, Never Been Kissed) found himself in the professional wrestling ring. He then quickly became the WCW World Heavyweight Champion. The fact that an inexperienced outsider came in and consequently won this highly respected title shocked and disgraced many established wrestlers and diehard fans alike. As a result of this marketing stunt the industry Arquette greatly admired turned on him. All of a sudden he became the most hated man in wrestling. You Cannot Kill David Arquette shows his journey to return to the ring and redeem himself for winning the controversial title.

This documentary is a 90-minute emotional bodyslam. We see Arquette express his true love and respect for the sport of wrestling. In this film, we see Arquette’s battle to gain respect and prove to himself as well as the fans that he should be accepted into the wrestling community. This inspiring documentary follows Arquette on his bone-breaking quest to follow his dream of becoming a wrestler.
