You Have To See These Brutal Storyboards For Hugh Jackman’s LOGAN

Logan is really shaping up to be something special. There’s been buzz about the film ever since the official title was revealed last week. Since that announcement, there’s been a steady blitz of social media activity that gives us all kinds of new insights into Hugh Jackman’s swan song as Wolverine

The latest images to hit the web are a pair of storyboards via twitter, and a production still from Logan‘s official Instagram. Let’s start with the storyboards:

It looks like Logan is going to go right after some dude in a car, and he’s not going to let a little ol’ windshield stop him. But who’s in the car? Speaking of cars, here’s what the Logan Instagram just put up a few minutes ago:

This comes just a few days after they posted this:

Pierce

That’s a picture of Boyd Holbrook’s Donald Pierce. So if all of these images are indeed connected- which hasn’t been confirmed- then that could mean that these storyboards show Logan trying to get his hands on- and his claws into- Pierce, who’s a villainous cyborg in the comics.

Aside from all that, I’m loving everything I’ve seen coming out of this production so far. The other day, we shared this nasty little Logan image:

This thing looks bleak, it looks dark, and it looks brutal. These are exactly the kinds of images I have in mind when I think of an Old Man Logan-esque movie. And this thought of a ruthless cyborg, Pierce, versus a battered Logan feels like a “Terminator vs Wolverine“-style showdown is on the way.
