It’s hard to believe that Nickelodeon’s The Loud House has already been around for five seasons! For those of you not familiar with the series, it follows the chaotic everyday life of Lincoln Loud. It’s not bad enough that he is a middle child, he is a middle child in a large family of eleven children! The series has been around long enough that it has spawned a spin-off series titled, The Casagrandes.

The characters were first introduced in The Loud House series. It follows Ronnie Anne Santiago, her brother Bobby, and her Mom Maria. They move to the Great Lakes with their extended family. This family consists of the grandparents, aunt and uncle, cousins, and pets.

This upcoming Monday on Nickelodeon, both The Loud House and The Casagrandes will feature thirty-minute special episodes. Ahead of their premiere, LRM Online has been granted an exclusive clip from The Casagrandes episode titled, “Zoo-mergency”. It will feature guest stars Melissa Joan Hart and Ken Jeong. Los Casagrandes is a lot of fun! My favorite aspect of the series is that it doesn’t try hard to sell classic Latin stereotypes. Both The Loud House and Los Casagrandes have very similar storylines, proving that despite our cultural differences, we all still go through some of the same hardships and adventures.

Nickelodeon’s 30-minute specials air this Monday, May 31st starting at 1:00 PM ET/PT with The Loud House.
