Star Wars: The Last Jedi Has No Post-Credits Scene, But You May Not Want To Leave Right Away

Post-credits scenes aren’t exactly a new thing. However, Marvel Studios has certainly made a name for themselves with theirs. No longer is it easy to expect whether or not a film truly ends before those credits. Now, in many cases, there’s a stinger or two either embedded in the credits, or after all the credits have run.

In some cases, these scenes further the plot in the overall universe, and set things up for a film down the line, but in some cases, they’re fun jokes meant as a little something extra for patient fans. But will you need to stick around in Star Wars: The Last Jedi?

Based on the press screenings, you will not have to stick around. Once the movie is done, it’s done. However, if you are a big Star Wars fans, I recommend you at least stick around until the first-billed credits run (where the core cast and crew are credited). No, there won’t be another scene, but you’ll at least get to see the tribute title card to Carrie Fisher, which is accented by Princess Leia’s musical theme.

However, if you’re someone who’s only hungry for actual scenes, then you can pretty much roll once the credits begin.
