A description of the extras from the new release of Avengers: Endgame Encore as all the newly added scenes leak online. It goes without saying that if you are planning to watch Endgame Encore in theatres soon, then don’t spoil it by reading this article. I myself was never going to see a movie in theatres again that I have on 4K disk at home and pay a Disney+ subscription.
Also, I knew within a few days the scenes would leak online and here we are. I will NOT be sharing any links to said footage in this article. Therefore, if you’re here for the actual video, keep searching. What I will do is describe it here having seen them myself.
Descriptions Of Extra/New Scenes
Loki
The first extra materials seen in Endgame Encore is a lengthened scene at the end of the film. The scene where we see Steve Rogers dancing with Peggy Carter no longer ends as it did in the original release. Now we hear a knock at the door that Steve and Peggy react to. Peggy moves to open the door and Steve hides by a wall, ready to act. Loki appears and speaks to Peggy and then Steve steps out and pair look at each other.
Banner
The next extra scene is after the film, like a mid-credit stinger. Bruce Banner, post-Spider-Man: Brand New Day is trapped/imprisoned two miles underground in a facility. It is not clear whether this is self-imposed exile or forced. Though, if it’s forced they have given Banner the use of a ton of top of the range equipment, so I’ll guess self imposed. Banner has been here since losing control in Brand New Day. He’s there because no one can get in and the Hulk cannot get out. Meanwhile, he has been working on a new Gamma therapy of some kind and he’s making a video blog about it.
Lights flicker, computers screens and even the camera we are watching through flicker into interference. Then there’s a green light and Doctor Doom arrives off screen with Banner asking who he is? Doom says that he’s come to collect Banner and then the camera topples, there’s noises and we hear the grunts of the Hulk. Then the camera focuses on the ground in the now silent chamber where only green Doom symbols appear on the floor where Doom and Banner were.

I do wonder if this will be explained as Doom getting rid of Hulk before he takes on the Avengers. He’s done this in the comics before because he genuinely accepts Hulk as a threat. Far as we know Banner (Ruffalo) is not in Doomsday, so where is Doom taking him? Excuse to get rid of Hulk again maybe?
TVA
Finally there’s a scene set in the TVA. We see Mobius and Ouroboros from the Loki series as reports begin coming in of Universes colliding and wiping them out. The numbers begin small and soon escalate into thousands. One of those seen is probably the FoX-Men and the Tobey Maguire Spider-Man Universes colliding as OB declares the whole Multiverse is collapsing.
That’s it, in total about 6-7 minutes and certainly not worth me ponying up for Marvel’s latest attempt to pip Avatar to the number one spot. If Marvel are smart they’ll drop Endgame Encore onto Disney + a few weeks before Doomsday releases this December.
