If you’re a fan of the Game of Thrones you know that just under two months time, the final season of what is arguably the greatest television show of all time will begin. We seen in the show’s Season 7 finale that winter is here, as snowflakes fell in King’s Landing, finally, winter is here. Along with winter is a new treat set to come fans way.
For the show’s final season, there are sure to be a number of promotions, and today we have learned that the world’s most famous cookie will be teaming up with HBO. Oreo will be releasing a special Game of Thrones edition of their famous treat.

It looks as if the cookie itself will just be the classic Oreo, without any special sort of flavor relating to the show. It would be cool if the the sigils of the family houses will be printed on the cookie, as we can see them covering the package. Though lemon flavored treats are my personal least favorite, this seems like a missed opportunity to bring forth a lemon cake flavored Oreo in honor of Sansa Stark’s favorite dessert.
