Reynolds when asked what the purpose was of his D23 tease with him and Hugh Jackman?
“I have been extrapolating the meaning behind that video since it came out. And I still don’t know. There’s a lot to unpack there.”
Sure, like we don’t know both are in Avengers: Doomsday already.
Asked again if we’d ever find out why Thor was crying in Deadpool & Wolverine Reynolds answered,
“Don’t we all want to know. Why was Thor crying? I want to know too. We will find out at some point. And I’m excited for people to find out.”

Finally into the DCU and Reynolds of course famously played Hal Jordan in a poorly received Green Lantern film. However, Reynolds says he learned a lot from that process and he’d be happy to do a cameo role in Lanterns, so one for the writers of Season 2 to note.
“I would totally do a cameo in that. I would love it. I learned so much making that movie. And I know what you’re thinking, ‘Oh, you learned what not to do…’, in part, yes. But also, anytime you’re makin something that large, there are core lessons that come of it. And I owe my entire career to that movie. It was really the foundation of how to make more for less. I think too much time and too much money and really hurt creativity.”
