Thanks to President Barack Obama—there will be more black presidents in the White House.

Variety has reported Jamie Foxx may play the President of United States in the action triller “White House Down.”

The trade news also mentioned the negotiations have not started yet and the studio refused to comment on the potential casting ability.

In addition, Variety also confirmed actress Maggie Gyllenhaal is in negotiations to play a female Secret Service agent in the movie.

Channing Tatum has already signed for the lead role as a Secret Service agent to defend the President of United States from paramilitary group that takes over the White House.

Foxx will be seen in the lead role in the upcoming Quentin Tarantino’s “Django Unchained.” Gyllenhaal will be in the upcoming drama “Won’t Back Down.”

“Independence Day” director Roland Emmerich will helm the project. “White House Down” is planned for theater release next year on November 1st.
