Nearly lost in all this gaming news from E3, there are video game movies in the works.

DreamWorks and Electronic Arts released a behind-the-scenes video of the upcoming film “Need for Speed,” based on its car racing video game franchise.

The adaptation will star Aaron Paul, Dominic Cooper, Ramon Rodriguez, Rami Malek, Imogen Poots, Dakota Johnson and Scott Mescudi.

And it’s just not a racing movie. It has a plot too!

Framed for a crime he didn’t commit, muscle car mechanic and street racer Tobey (Aaron Paul) gets out of prison determined to settle the score with the man responsible for his false conviction. Tobey tears up the road in a gritty cross-country journey— one that begins as a mission for revenge, but proves to be one of redemption.
