Wow, this snuck up on me. We’ve been covering this impending film for months, and given how much of a splash writer-director Jordan Peele made with his first movie, Get Out, anticipation is incredibly high. Is there any way he’d be able to top himself? Well, I’m honestly surprised the day we find out is almost here. His latest film, Us, has already premiered at SXSW to rave reviews and is set to hit theaters on the 22nd, in just a few days.

Now, in anticipation of the release, Universal Pictures has released a brand-new featurette chronicling some of the behind-the-scenes stuff of the movie. Admittedly, like most other pre-released featurettes, this video is very much a puff piece, with the actors raving about how great it was working with Jordan Peele on this unique horror tale.

All that aside, this doesn’t make me any less excited to check this movie out, and having talents like Lupita Nyong’o talking about wanting to work with him “again, and again, and again” makes me feel excited about the man’s future. It’s hard not for me to think of him as the new Tarantino for horror movies. But what do you think of this featurette?
