It was just last Halloween that the world—well, the Netflix world—was introduced to the darker, comics book-inspired take on Sabrina, The Teenage Witch. Paired beautifully with tongue-in-cheek humor and occult-themed suspenseful horror, the series was a hit for Netflix. To supplement the thirst of its fan base until its return, the production even made a Winter Solstice special episode, used to give a peek into Sabrina’s past while adding to the upcoming second season.
Well, the wait is over, witches. The trailer for Chilling Adventures Of Sabrina Part II—rocking a harder cover of “Cherry Bomb” in it—was released by the streaming service earlier today with a season premiere date of April 5th. With just over two weeks away, fans will most likely be picking apart every moment of the trailer, looking for hints as to what is in store for their favorite follower of Satan.

At the end of last season, Sabrina (played by Kiernan Shipka) had agreed to sign her name in the book, aligning herself with the Dark Lord and fully embracing her destiny. Meanwhile, Mary Wardell (Michelle Gomez) revealed her true intentions and this upcoming season will most likely delve into the plans of Madam Satan. Returning for the haunting thrills will be Aunt Hilda and Aunt Zelda (Lucy Davis and Miranda Otto, respectively), as well as cousin Ambrose (Chance Perdomo) Father Faustus Blackwood (Richard Coyle) and many more from the first season.
Netflix’s Chilling Adventures Of Sabrina returns on Friday, April 5th only on Netflix.
