Deadline is reporting the HAIL, CAESAR! actor is the front-runner for the new young HAN SOLO movie.
Other actors who also performed screen tests were Taron Egerton and Jack Reynor.
The standalone Star Wars film will be helmed by the directing duo of Phil Lord and Christopher Miller. Disney slated the release date for May 25th, 2018.
