With a lot of soccer fans finally getting over their World Cup hangover, Amazon Prime Video has got a treat for you with the release of the trailer and launch date for All or Nothing: Manchester City, which will debut Friday August 17th.
This behind the scenes Prime Original docuseries gives soccer fans a look at Manchester City’s 2017-2018 team, which in now being argued as one of the best Premiere League teams of all time. The series will cover its training facilities at the City Football Academy, interviews with Pep Guardiola, boardroom meetings and weekly stories with the players. The series will be narrated by Sir Ben Kingsley and is produced by MediaPro in association with F45 and IMG
This 2017-2018 team broke a a lot of single season records. ESPN has outlined all of their successes including biggest title willing margin, earliest title win, most points, goals, passes, wins in a season among many other accomplishments. This will definitely make it a very interesting series as we will be able to look into what made this team so dominant.
This documentary is one of many in Prime Video’s growing collection of critically acclaimed and award winning Prime Original drama, comedy, live sports docuseries. Previously The All or Nothing series have included NFL teams like the Arizona Cardinals, LA Rams and Dallas Cowboys. They have also featured the Michigan Wolverines and the New Zealand All Blacks. It is interesting to note that Prime members have the change to catch all the Thursday Night Football games at no extra cost.
