There’s a fine line between eccentric comedic genius and unbridled insanity. And the Warner siblings, Yakko, Wakko, and Dot, better known as the Animaniacs love to dance all over that line. The beloved 90s cartoon will have new episodess available on Hulu September 27, sure to be chocked full of the siblings’ trademark off-the-wall antics mixed with their brilliant brand of comedy.
All the original voice actors are returning for the revival of the series (without them, what’s the point, right?). To celebrate the show’s 27th anniversary, a behind-the-scenes featurette showing the voice actors at work has been released. You can find it down below.

This is really cool, and gets you in the mood for the shows return at the end of the month. As I said before, I used to get up for school and hope to see Yakko’s Nations of the World video. I’s not like today when all it takes is a quick search on YouTube, back then you had to be ready.
Along with Batman: The Animated Series, Animaniacs was must see TV when I was younger. And oddly enough while both shows are made for younger audiences, it can be argued that both shows are more than capable of being enjoyed by adults. Batman: The Animated Series had some not-so-kid-friendly subject matter at times, and some of the jokes on Animaniacs go right over head’s of younger viewers.
