Marvel actor Anson Mount has a brutal response to claims that the Inhumans will show up in Secret Wars. Mount of course played Inhumans leader Black Bolt in the Inhumans TV series. The actor also appeared again as the character in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
I kinda do hope he comes back again at some point, but that remains to be seen. However, according to Mount, if he’s in Secret Wars, no one bothered to tell him. Check it out.

Pretty harsh response. However, I kinda like that Mount is string with this type of stuff, he really just seems to give no f***s and that’s refreshing. Bad look for the Twitter account that made the claim, though I’m not sure if they were claiming this an exclusive or just reposting what they heard elsewhere? To be fair, no none should be trusting 80% of these Twitter accounts about rumors.
I certainly would not be sharing a rumor on LRM unless it comes from a leaker with a verifiable reputation for getting things right.

It does seem unlikely that Black Bolt will return any time soon. The 616 version seems to have just been abandoned due to Inhumans being an awful show. The version we saw in MoM was the 818 version and he was also brutally killed by Wanda. So it does seem like Marvel won’t have any use for Black Bolt until at least post-Secret Wars.
Then again who knows? It would be hilarious if Mount gets a call form Marvel after this saying they were hoping he would turn up for Secret Wars and just hadn’t reached out yet. To be clear I doubt it, but it would still be funny.
