You can’t always think of everything. The constant release of countless terrible blockbusters is evidence of that. No matter what you put out there, there’s someone else who’s more than willing to rain on your parade, no matter how well thought out. But sometimes, the mistake being made is so obvious that you can’t help but kick yourself once it’s pointed out.

We’re sure the costume designers, Kevin Feige, and director Peyton Reed are doing that right now, as some folks on the internet are pointing out an interesting aspect of the Wasp’s new costume in this year’s Ant-Man and the Wasp. Disney recently released a new image from the Marvel flick, and in it, we got a good look at her alongside Ant-Man.

Check out the image above.

Fans noticed something interesting about the costume. Check out the tweet below:

That’s right. The Wasp’s costume kind of resembles a penis. Admittedly, I myself had to do a double-take. After months of covering this film, seeing set photos, this had somehow escaped me. As obvious as it looks now, I’m right alongside everyone at Marvel who somehow didn’t see this coming.

What about you? Were you one of the chosen few who saw the more-than-suggestive nature of the Wasp’s outfit? Let us know down below!

    I think it looks like a wasp….

    • Peter James

Yeah but is it a flesh colored wasp or a veiny wasp?

  • Weresmurf

    People are fucking morons

  • Kindofabigdeal

Did you guys notice that on Captain Americas costume there is an upside pentagram. I think Steve Rogers worships the devil.

  • Peter James

    Oh man,……

Now that you mention it, I just realised that when you look at War Machine’s suit at exactly the right angle in just the right light of a full moon on the 23rd day of the summer Solstice through the 5th and 9th plinths of Stonehenge, with Gregorian chants ringing in the background and sang by anointed masonic monks,……. you can clearly make out what looks to be a….

    Yeah, I know…..
….it blew mind mind too when I noticed it as well.
    It’s crazy.

Aaahh, I see now. If you look really closely you can see Venom’s face in it…when it’s upside down and held up to a mirror under black light.

  • Jason Tyler

or how about you report on the costume resembling a wasp and an ant, instead of a penis? Which is actually pretty cool if you ask me

    Jesus what terrible journalism. https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/7b422380620751baa740df522515cbb09f5279674992bfa3becb8337c3153e55.png

In another comment I said I thought this was going to be about an Easter Egg, so thank you for pointing that out because I hadn’t noticed that. That’s awesome.

    • syambo87

thank you for this…. now everytime i see the costume i cant unsee the ant and the wasp… which is way better than to being unable to unsee a penis on the suit…

That’s like one of those, ‘When you see it, say _____’ memes. LoL

  • 5_deadly_venoms

For you to pick up on this stupid tweet and write an article on this nonsense is moronic on so many levels

    • TheWalkingLost

I thought it was going to be some sort of Easter Egg or something.

  • Pasquale Porpora

At first I thought its probably not what people are saying it is…then I saw it and yeah, looks like a penis. Then I remembered that it’s Disney and they have a history of doing subliminal shit like this.
But, you know, we could be reading about even less news worthy topics than this…like say, Aquaman in jeans!
