Since it’s beginnings in 2013 The CW’s Arrow has introduced a plethora of DC characters both heroes and villains and everyone in between. At one point they even featured the Suicide Squad lead by Deadshot who was played by Michael Rowe. This season on Arrow and the other shows that spun off of it, will be having it’s most ambitious crossover to date Crisis on Infinite Earths. This has lead to many characters return for at least a cameo appearance.

One character will be returning, according to GreenArrowTV.com, in the second episode of Arrow titled Welcome to Hong Kong will be Tatsu Yamashiro aka Katana, who is played by Rila Fukushima. She had last appeared in Arrow’s fourth season, but she had been a major character in the series’ third season. Here in flashback sequences she teamed up with Oliver Queen, played by Stephen Amell to stop a general from releasing a deadly virus. During the present sequences, Katana is helping Oliver recover from nearly being killed by Ra’s Al Ghul.

Currently she is only slated for a single episode return, but with how massive Crisis on Infinite Earths is, don’t be surprised if she makes another appearance somewhere down the line. Are you excited to see Katana back on television? What other characters would you like to see return to Arrow for one more appearance? Let us know in the comment section below!

The CW’s Arrow‘s final season premieres October 15th, 2019.
