Better Call Saul’s Michael Mando Thinks Breaking Bad’s Jesse Pinkman Has Already Been Mentioned |SDCC 2018

It definitely appears as though Better Call Saul will introduce Aaron Paul’s Jesse Pinkman in the not too distant future. We already covered Bob Odenkirk’s thoughts that Jesse showing up is inevitable at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con press conference, and you can check what he said in the related section below.

In the same press conference at SDCC, Michael Mando (Spider-Man: Homecoming), who plays Nacho Varga, said he actually think’s Aaron Paul’s Jesse Pinkman has already been mentioned, here is what the actor said.

“There could be a reference to Jesse Pinkman in Better Call Saul, I think. Crazy 8 mentions a new dealer who’s brand-new to his squad, who’s sort of not really good at it. And people think that’s Jesse’s, sort of, introduction.”

So I would imagine whilst we will not see Jesse in the upcoming Season 4 of the hit show, we are likely to see him appearing in Season 5, hopefully only in a small role. I mean we all love Jesse, but I don’t see much worth exploring in his life prior to Breaking Bad, I just want Jimmy/Saul to come across him once or twice. I still have no idea how they are going to end Better Call Saul. Will it end one day with Saul’s secretary telling him he has a meeting with a Mr. Heisenberg and just go straight into Breaking Bad? Personally, I’d prefer if they jumped ahead to after Breaking Bad and show us more about what Jimmy/Saul’s eventual fate is.
