We’ve had lots of Bill and Ted news lately, and well, here’s some more. Along with recent additions to the cast such as Jillian Bell (Workaholics, the film recently began shooting and today we get some shots from the set showing the now iconic time-traveling telephone booth used by Bill S. Preston Esq and Ted “Theodore” Logan.
The booth, while it may not be as well-known as the TARDIS, or the coolest time-traveling device ever, the DeLorean from Back to the Future, it does have its place with the genre.

It’s nice to know that (at least for now) the franchise will be a trilogy, the long-awaited third installment to the franchise Bill and Ted Face the Music is due out August 21, 2020. An official synopsis for the film follows below
“Following 1989’s Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure and 1991’s Bill & Ted’s Bogus Journey, the stakes are higher than ever for William “Bill” S. Preston Esq. (Winter) and Theodore “Ted” Logan (Reeves). Yet to fulfill their rock and roll destiny, the now middle-aged best friends set out on a new adventure, when a visitor from the future warns them that only their song can save life as we know it and bring harmony to the universe. Along the way, they will be helped by their families, old friends and a few music legends.”
