According to a new report from The Cosmic Circus, Blade’s debut in the MCU rumored for Werewolf by Night Special. Fans and those in the the entertainment news industry have wondered whether the first time we see Blade on screen would be in his own movie? Or, instead would Blade show up initially in another project first? We know Mahershala Ali has already kinda appeared as Blade in an Eternals post-credit scene. However that was just his voice and we still have never seen the living vampire so far.
Well TCC says they have heard credible information that Blade will make his live-action debut within the Werewolf by Night Halloween Special. The show is casting and getting ready to shoot and is expected to be ready for what I assume is Halloween this year? After all, it doesn’t take nearly a full year of post production to finish off a TV special. However I guess we also have to accept that officially, this Werewolf by Night Special doesn’t even exist. I mean, Marvel have cast numerous roles and have the production all scheduled, so it’s happening. However they have never announced it or given the show a title at all.
The Blade movie seems like it’s still a while away from beginning, so perhaps it makes a lot of sense to introduce Ali’s Blade elsewhere first?
Perhaps Kit Harrington’s Dane Whitman even shows up in Werewolf by Night? Though, my guess is we won’t see Dane again until the Blade movie.

All in all, I guess it looks like, as many expected, we may see Ali’s Blade sooner than the film. Are you ready for the MCU to dip it’s toes into the supernatural and monster worlds? Were we already there to begin with? Ultimately let us know what you think about Blade’s debut in the MCU rumored for Werewolf by Night? Thoughts below as always.
