I suppose it was only a matter of time…
Marlon Wayans announced at Cannes that he will be co-writing and starring in Fifty Shades of Black– a feature length parody of Fifty Shades of Grey. Wayans has long been linked to spoofs- like the Scary Movie and Haunted House franchises, so going after a target as easy to mock as Fifty Shades makes plenty of sense. Haunted House director Michael Tiddes is attached to direct the comedy.
Here’s a post from the actor’s Instagram:

“We’re excited to pair up once again with Marlon, Rick and Mike on Fifty Shades of Black, and we look forward to together creating another wholesome slice of entertainment for all the family,” said producer Stuart Ford from IM Global.
Wayans responded in kind by adding, “We’re excited to be back in business with IM Global doing our comedic remix of this movie. Sex and comedy go hand-in-hand and I’m looking forward to having fun with this project. It’s amazing when a film of this caliber comes along begging to be made fun of. I’m really happy to be doing what I love with people I love to do it with. That double entendre was intentional.“
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the filmmakers are hoping for an early 2016 release for Fifty Shades of Black.
