Yippee-Kiyah, well mannered and cultured readers. During an appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, while promoting his remake of the Charles Bronson film, Death Wish, the legendary Bruce Willis said he is up for another installment into the Die Hard franchise. He said a script is finished and he will be soon flying out to Hollywood to check it out.

“I’m about to wing out to California to start to see what the script looks like.”

Willis seems more than willing as long as he approves of the script. While the last couple of installments into the series haven’t been very well received, we all know that obstacle hasn’t stopped Hollywood in the past. The original Die Hard will always be a absolute classic, no matter how bad any sequels turn out to be, it cannot be tainted. And most importantly, Die Hard and Bruce Willis will always have the potential to bring in cash, which studios love.

I say see if Sam Jackson wants to reprise his role as Zeus, as the third film in the franchise, Die Hard: With a Vengeance, is easily my favorite, excluding the original. I really enjoy when villains want to play games with a film’s protagonist.
