Sony is in the midst of looking for its cast for the upcoming Charlie’s Angels reboot, and according to Variety, they may have at least one star in their sights. The outlet reports that Kristen Stewart, known for the Twilight films — as well as a lot of indie fare — is being eyed for the reboot.

But she’s not the only one. Stewart is one of many stars under consideration, and one other such big name is Lupita Nyong’o, who is known for her roles in such films as Star Wars: The Force Awakens, The Queen of Katwe, and The Jungle Book.

This is a film that’s been in the works for some time, and set to helm this new feature reboot is Pitch Perfect 2 director Elizabeth Banks. Most audiences likely remember this franchise from the early 2000s reboot that starred Lucy Liu, Cameron Diaz, and Drew Barrymore, but its first run in the public eye came in the form of the TV show, which ran from 1976 to 1981.

No word yet on who the titular Charlie may be, but we’re sure it’ll be someone with some real sway with audiences.

Who would you like to see star in the Charlie’s Angels reboot, and what do you think of the possibility of seeing these two take on a role? Let us know down below!
