Rob McElhenney And Steve Carell Settle Their Differences

Even though The Office has been off the air for six years now, it’s been in the news this week thanks to the announcement the show will be leaving streaming giant Netflix in 2021. Well, now the show is back in the news once again.

Rob McElhenney, who stars on and helped create one of the greatest sitcoms of all time in It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, recently visited a location where the aforementioned Office (another one television’s best shows, in my opinion), was filmed for nine seasons.

McElhenney’s visit to “Dunder Mifflin” sparked something of, what can really only be descibed as a turf war. Though the situation was quickly resolved as Office star Steve Carell suggested a crossover episode to squash the beef. You can check out the drama below.

It goes without saying, but I will say it anyway, I would be in on this, I would  absolutely watch this crossover, though I’m not exactly sure how it would work. Two different worlds make up the shows and the only one from Scranton that would be able to hang with the Paddy’s crew would be Creed Bratton (and maybe Ryan during his New York corporate days). I really don’t think either of the actors are serious, but who knows, right?
