Check Out Thanos Vs. The Avengers And Guardians In 16-Bit!

The folks over at Mr. Sunday Movies have truly outdone themselves. Whenever a blockbuster film comes out, you can always expect to see them tackle some iconic scene play out in 16-bit — like the good ol’ SNES days! It’s a cool concept, and they’ve always done an amazing job with them.

However, unless you’ve watched the movie several times over, chances are you’ve missed the little details they put into it that make it all the more special. Not this time! After the five-minute scene plays out, they go on to show it side by side with its film counterpart, which is all kinds of awesome.

The scene in question comes from Avengers: Infinity War, and shows the second-to-last stand the Avengers have against Thanos, before he gathers the last two Infinity Stones. It takes place on the planet Titan, and is the closest our heroes get to achieving their goal of avoiding mass genocide…until Star-Lord goes and ruins it all for everyone. The scene plays out beat-for-beat almost exactly as it does in the film, and the animation is a testament to the dedication of the channel.

Per usual, it’s awesome to watch, especially if you’re a SNES aficionado. What do you think of this latest scene from Mr. Sunday Movies? Let us know down below!
