The Synopsis

It can make sense for the filmmaker Christopher Zalla who is originally from Kenya and growing up between Bolivia and Kentucky and now living in Guatemala to have an eye for international quality. His first project was with the short film, Saturday Night before moving on to his first full length film Blood of My Blood. A film that won recognition in several film festivals and was his first project to also write. Zalla was a regular director for Law & Order for several years. He also directed the television film, Beautiful & Twisted with Candice Bergen. And has extended his talent while lecturing in Harvard university and Columbia University.

Exactly a week ago I was able to sit down with Christopher Zalla to discuss the making of Radical. He discussed how this story came to people’s attention and how he prepared the physical lessons that take place in the classroom. Zalla also mentioned that Eugenio Derbez is who approached him for this project and goes in depth about the Derbez not seen before and more!
Radical is now in theaters and currently a #1 hit in Mexico’s big screens.
