Obi-Wan Kenobi SPOILERS Around Vader, Kenobi And More | Barside Buzz

“We’ve heard from a credible source that the bounty hunter 4-LOM will make an appearance in the Obi-Wan Kenobi series. We don’t know many specifics about his involvement, but we were assured he will have a bigger role than the mere seconds he spent on screen in The Empire Strikes Back.”

Thing is, if we get 4-LOM, does that mean we get Zuckus also? Maybe my brain is addled by the memories of the old EU, but I recall that 4-LOM and Zuckus were a team back in the day. I guess with all the old EU thrown out the only canon appearances of 4-LOM are in Empire itself and the various comics he has appeared in (all set after the events of Obi-Wan Kenobi). Having not read all those comics I could not say whether Zuckus was ever involved in this new canon?

I cannot really comment on 4-LOM’s origins as I’m not sure if these will be changed for the new canon? Originally 4-LOM was a protocol droid who overwrote his programming to allow him to kill. The former servant found he could be a pretty good Bounty Hunter as a result. Zuckus formed a team with 4-LOM because they complimented one another.

What do you think of 4-LOM, classic Bounty Hunter rumored for Obi-Wan Kenobi? Thoughts below as always.
