One of the surprises Netflix shows of 2020 was Control Z. A teen drama that focused on a high school surround by drama. The premise of the show is a hacker begins releasing students’ secrets to the entire high school, and it takes the socially isolated but observant Sofía to uncover his/her identity.
The show garnered enough views and acclaim that Netflix quickly greenlit a second season. With the Pandemic causing production delays most assumed that the second season wouldn’t be until 2022. Thankfully we were wrong and Netflix just released a teaser announcement that the second season will debut on August 4th.
