According to the latest Marvel Barside Buzz, Deadpool & Wolverine is mostly set within the Void. The Void will be familiar to fans of Loki Season 1 as will Alioth the creature that rules that realm. So far most of the set photos we have seen from this movie have been in that Void. Though, the trailer hardly showed it much at all.
Well now CWGST says in their subscriber service that up to 75% of Deadpool & Wolverine is set within the Void.
‘Deadpool & Wolverine will be mostly set in the Void. 70-75% of the movie will take place there. An older version of the script had the movie taking place during the original X-Men trilogy.’
As you can see Toast also claims an older version of the script had the movie go through parts of the old X-Men trilogy. I guess both ideas have value, so all we can do is hope those involved made the right call? I thoroughly enjoyed Loki and I think it will be a fun idea to see Deadpool, Wolverine and variants all trying to survive within Void. Another rumors is that villain Cassandra Nova is running things in there now.

Perhaps we will see more from the Void in future trailers and spots. After all, this is literally Marvel’s only movie this year. Therefore, I expect the marketing to ramp up considerably over the next couple of months. Rumor is that a new trailer is being prepared, though we have no idea when it may hit? However I’m guessing there will be a lot more shown to entice in audiences before we get to the release date on July 26th.
