Die Hard’s John McClane is Difficult To Kill In New Commercial

Die Hard is considered by many as the greatest action film of all-time. And it may very well be. The popularity of the first led to four sequels, with the last film, A Good Day to Die Hard was released in 2013. It wasn’t clear If Bruce Willis’ John McClane would ever yippee-ki-yay again.

That was until Willis’ daughter, Rumer Willis posted an interesting video to her Twitter account, you can check it out below.

De’voreaux White, who played Argyle in Die Hard also tweeted the video.

If we can’t have a new Die Hard flick, can we at least have Bruce Willis appear on Brooklyn 99 in some shape or form?

While this commercial about as gnarly as can be, it doesn’t look like Die Hard 6 is any closer to being a reality. However, this could very well be what gets talk going, or even get a project greenlit.

The original Die Hard is something truly special. The only part of Die Hard 2 I remember is the now infamous ejection seat scene. While I acknowledge the original Die Hard is the best overall film in the franchise, Die Hard with a Vengeance might just be my favorite in the series. One big reason is Bruce Willis and Sam Jackson make a fantastic movie duo. Another is that I like villains who play games as did Jeremy Irons’ Simon.

A good way to get me (and many others) on board with a new entry into the series, would be to bring Samuel L. Jackson’s Zeus back into the fold. I would definitely approve of this, and as many of you know, getting my approval is high on Bruce Willis’ to-do list.
