Disney+: Chip ‘N Dale Reboot, Monsters At Work Images And Details

A new era of content is upon us. All the networks and studios are striving to produce original content in an attempt to get us to subscribe to their respective streaming services, and perhaps the biggest upcoming contender is none other than the House of Mouse, Disney. For their service, Disney+, subscribers will have access to Disney-branded films as well as Star Wars and Marvel content. In addition to that content, we’ll also be getting original series and films created especially for the service.

One area Disney will be well-covered is that of animation. One show we know that has been on the way is the Pixar-branded animated series Monsters at Work, which will take place following the events in Monsters Inc. It will follow Mike and Sully as they help train a new generation of monsters who are hoping to make a difference by making kids laugh. Billy Crystal and John Goodman will be reprising their roles in the animated series, which is produced by Disney TV Animation for a 2020 release.

Also being released is a Chip ‘n Dale reboot. If you’re a Rescue Rangers fan, then I have bad news — this will not be a mystery-centric take on the property, but instead sounds closer to the more traditional cartoons from decades ago. The series will consist of 39 seven-minute episodes that will deal with the “slap-stick narratives as the furry pair struggle with life in the big city.”

What do you think? Do either of these series interest you? Let us know your thoughts down below!
