StarWarsNewsNet.com has published an article on the Disney+ Day Star Wars rumored content. In other words, what Star Wars shows or other projects could we get to see on Disney+ Day on November 12th? This is not just guess work and is based on information they have been hearing from sources. However as with all Barside Buzz, until it’s on your screen on November 12th, anything can change and has in the past.
Below I list everything mentioned by the outlet as possible.
We were told the first teaser trailer for the Obi-Wan Kenobi series will debut on Disney Plus day.
Our source told us that we should also expect a sizzle reel for Andor.
We were also told behind-the-scenes sizzle reels for both The Book of Boba Fett and the return of The Mandalorian would be shown. A BTS reel for Fett makes sense as we just got the trailer. It seems a bit early for a sizzle reel on season 3 of The Mandalorian, being that it started filming just a little over a month ago. I am a little skeptical of that one, but would welcome it.
As far as new Star Wars project announcements, our source told us that we can “definitely” expect them and they believe a new canon animated series could be announced on Disney Plus day as well. They didn’t specify what, but said they were told a full-ordered animated series will release in 2023. Speaking of animated, we were told they will be showing a teaser of The Bad Batch season 2.

I myself expected to see something from Obi-Wan Kenobi, and Andor. However I figured a teaser for both rather than sizzle reel for Andor. After all, we already got one of those a year ago. Oh well? As for The Mandalorian, who knows again, but it could be done. The sizzle reel for The Book of Boba Fett kinda sounds more like the already official Under the Helmet special on Boba Fett. Perhaps there’s more?
When in comes to new projects, could the recently revealed ‘Crimson Dawn’ animated series be the one mentioned? We have heard that is planned for 2023. We also know voice work has been happening for The Bad Batch Season 2, so something small for that could well be on the cards. The Bad Batch Season 2 is expected to air on Disney+ some time in 2022. Could we perhaps even get some dates for some of this content to air?
