Inside Pixar is a new docuseries that will debut later this week on Disney+. The journey of Pixar is one of the most amazing stories in history. The company was created in 1979 as a computer branch of Lucasfilm, then later split into its own company when Steve Jobs became majority shareholder. It was then that Pixar became the company that we know and love today. Its first major breakthrough hit was of course Toy Story which caught the attention of Disney which purchased the company shortly after in 1996. The studio is responsible for franchises like Toy Story, The Incredibles, Finding Nemo, and Finding Dory. No film created by the studio has ever received a CinemaScore less than A-.
Now you can get a look at the creative team behind these great movies. In the new docuseries that was you will get a never before seen look at the work at the studio. Disney+ shared the trailer for its new original docuseries Inside Pixar, premiering on November 13.
