“Dragon Ball Super: SUPER HERO” is getting ready to make its streaming debut exclusively on Crunchyroll on July 12. The film will be available in bout subbed and dubbed versions.
This is a very special project for Crunchyroll as, “Dragon Ball Super: SUPER HERO”, was their first truly globally distributed theatrical release. It was seen in over 100 countries, with 13 dub and 29 subtitled languages. Even with the limited release in theaters, the film grossed $96 million making it the fourth-highest-grossing anime film in the U.S.

“Dragon Ball Super: SUPER HERO” is the second film in the Dragon Ball Super franchise. Involved in the project was, Akira Toriyama, the legendary manga creator behind the film’s original story, screenplay, and character design.
