DreamWorks Jr.’s Holiday Event was held yesterday at the popular Los Angeles shopping mall The Grove and showcased some of its current and upcoming shows for preschoolers.

The event had family activities from writing postcards to Santa to Christmas ornament decorations and even playing with clay. It had several photo opportunities locations with DreamWorks Jr. shows, including Gabby’s Dollhouse, Go, Dog, Go!, Not Quite Narwhal, and Dew Drop Diaries. It even featured a meet and greet with Gabby from Gabby’s Dollhouse.

Singer, actress, and television personality Ashlee Simpson was in attendance with her family to partake in the activities prior to the event for the public.

Since the debut of DreamWorks Animation’s hit series Gabby’s Dollhouse, kids around the world have been having one big sprinkle party with their new friend Gabby and all her kitty friends. Created and executive produced by celebrated storytellers Traci Paige Johnson and Jennifer Twomey, Gabby’s Dollhouse is a mixed media preschool series that unboxes a surprise before jumping into a fantastical animated world full of adorable cat characters that live inside Gabby’s dollhouse. Rooted in growth mindset, Gabby’s activity-based episodes encourage flexible thinking and learning from your mistakes.

“We are here celebrating on behalf of DreamWorks Jr. for a bunch of preschool shows that air on Netflix. [Some shows here include] Gabby’s Dollhouse, Not Quite Narwhal, Go, Dog, Go!, and Dew Drop Diaries, “ said Seth Fowler, vice president of public relations for DreamWorks Animation to LRM Online’s Gig Patta exclusively in attendance at the event. “All of them have recent seasons or new seasons coming up on the platform.

Fowler stated that Gabby’s Dollhouse Christmas episode titled “Mermaid Christmas Cruise” recently launched on November 6.

Fowler continued, “We are here kicking off the holiday season with fun activities for the kids like ornament decorations and sending letters to Santa kitties as characters from Gabby’s Dollhouse. We are here to have a good festive time.”
