We have a new Eternals Deviants and Celestial rumor that has followed some Lego sets that were leaked. This week I have already covered two different Eternals merch leaks which you can catch through the related section below. However, yesterday also saw some Lego sets revealed. You can find those Lego sets below courtesy of ETERNALS news. The sets show various potential set pieces of Eternals fighting Deviants, but also include one Lego set which shows the Celestial Arishem.

I always figured as per Ego, that all the Celestials were dead by this point. So I therefore assumed any Celestials we see would be from flashbacks to the past. Well, according to Casey Walsh of The GWW, that’s not the case.

After these Lego sets were revealed Walsh posted the following on social media.

It seems like Walsh is saying that Arishem, may well be alive and under the protection of the Eternals? If that is the case one wonders why a Celestial (who created the Eternals and the Deviants) requires protection. Are these Celestials not many levels of power beyond anything else in the MCU? Perhaps we will find out that Arishem is vulnerable in some way and vital to keep alive?

As for the Deviants being shape shifters this is pretty cool. In the comics it seems that there is a connection between the Skrulls (shapeshifters) and the Deviants, so I am told anyway. My comic book knowledge was from my childhood and I never even came across the Eternals, so forgive my ignorance if this is not correct. Will there be some connection between the Deviants and the Skrulls in the MCU, who knows? However it seems that unlike the Skrulls, the Deviants can appear in monstrous shapes and not just copy fellow humanoid species.
