Box Office
Before reviewing The Eternals, Danny (@dannykbartlett), Jammer (@jamthewriter), Nick (@geekyNICKDOLL) and Jonesy (@sirjonesiest) react to the latest numbers from the box office. No Time to Die, Venom 2: Let There Be Carnage and Dune lead the global box office. Are the numbers a good sign for the future of the film industry?
After that, we take a loot at the official synopsis for The Batman. After the trailer we got at DC’s Fandome, we were honestly let down by the description of the film.

Casting
We’ve also got news additional casting for Christopher Nolan’s Robert Oppenheimer biopic starring Cillian Murphy and Emily Blunt. It looks like both Robert Downey, Jr. and Matt Damon will be joining the film. Universal’s first Nolan tentpole film, which is slated for release in July 2023
Zack Snyder’s latest film, Rebel Moon gets the first bit of casting news. The Netflix exclusive will star Sofia Boutella (The Mummy, Atomic Blonde). Production is slated to start in early 2022.
Trailers
Two new trailers dropped this week. First up, Sony’s Morbius, which releases January 2022 pleasantly surprised the lads. Fingers crossed it keeps this energy in the actual film.
Additionally, Disney released the first trailer for The Book of Boba Fett. Surprisingly, the reaction was a bit muted. We’ll have to see if the actual product turns out to be better than the trailer.
Review
Finally, Jammer and Jonesy go head to head with differing views on The Eternals. You’ve have to listen to see who liked what, but Danny walks us through his questions about the film, as it has yet to be released in his zip code.
