Colin Farrell’s character mentions in the first film that Scamander was removed from Hogwarts school for endangering human life in relation to an incident with one the magical beasts. Many are of the belief the new image may depict that scene, or the moments just before the incident. The first film gave fans a look at another era of the Harry Potter universe, one filled with magical creatures.
Eddie Redmayne, Colin Farell, Dan Folgler, Katherine Waterston, and Alison Sudol all return to reprise their roles from Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. The film will also introduce a number of new characters including Newt’s brother, Theseus, who is played by Callum Turner, and Leta LeStrange, played by Zoe Kravitz.
