Over the last couple of days I’m sure you’ve seen a lot of Fantastic Four casting rumors. However, are they legit? Well, there are two sets of rumors going around as far as I can tell. One set is from leaker Grace Randolph, Grace hasn’t dropped a single name, just hinted that the process is happening and she can’t wait to see who they pick from names she’s heard.

However there was one account, GreatPhase who listed some names they claim to have heard are in the running for both Sue and Reed Richards. Now, GreatPhase has always been a reliable source, but there is an issue. After getting hacked, this leak account seems to have doubled with both making claims the other one is a fake account. So which one posted these rumors? No idea, but what I can tell you is those original tweets cannot be shared as the account that made the claim is now deleted completely.
So was this ever a legit leak in the first place? If so, why is the account no longer active?
What Was Claimed?
Ok so the original posts said this for Sue Storm/Richards. Lily James, Amanda Seyfried, Phillipa Soo, Jodie Comer, Saoirse Ronan. Vanesa Kirby.
In a later post about Reed Richards, the names mentioned were; Jamie Dornan and Penn Badgley.
Since this fans have been debating who would be best. One of the names Grace seems to be hinting never got the part was someone who worked on a Star Wars movie. The fans think this is Adam Driver, but I’m not sure where that belief comes from currently. Maybe just wishful thinking?

In the related link above you can catch Kyle and Manny discussing the Penn Badgley rumor. This came from Devin Faraci. Though, Faraci now claims this was just speculation. Therefore, we should not read too much into that.
Honestly at this point I’m not prepared to even call this a rumor. If I knew this was 100% GreatPhase who has a proven track record then it would be a different story. However I just cannot tell whether this is legit or not. With the now deleted account, I think we may have to wait and see what comes out over the next week. If anyone comes out to back any of these names seriously, I’ll share the information.
