FBI Agent Faces His Sister’s Abductor In A Dark Foe Trailer

Childhood trauma could always have a crippling effect on someone’s life. It can dictate decisions that one may not have even considered before. What is worse, the person may think they have moved on and overcome their trauma, but with one sound, person, place, or thing it can all come right back. In Vertical Entertainment’s A Dark Foe feature film, we will see how a childhood traumatic event affects a veteran FBI agent. You can check out the first trailer for the film below.

A Dark Foe features the directorial debut of Maria Gabriela Cardenas. She will have the pleasure of directing her father, Oscar Cardenas in the film. She is a big fan of the noir and thriller genres. Along with her father, they have established their own film production company. It is called Thorns Entertainment, Inc. Here they are aiming to exclusively be dedicated to producing horror and thriller films. A Dark Foe is a passion project for both of them.

It stars Oscar Cardenas, Selma Blair, Graham Greene, Kenzie Dalton, Bill Bellamy.

This looks like a very interesting film. What I am going to be looking for is credible character development so that when those anxious moments arrive, they are able to translate well to us the viewers. By the looks of the trailer, we are in for quite the journey. I wish all the luck to Cardenas in a successful first film!

Vertical Entertainment’s A Dark Foe will be available everywhere On Demand on July 30th, 2021.
