What’s up Fools? Comedian Felipe Esparza is set to release his third and fourth stand up comedy specials on September 1st on Netflix. His first Netflix Original comedy specials are titled, Felipe Esparza: Bad Decisions, and Felipe Esparza: Malas Decisiones. You can check out the trailer above!

Both of these specials were filmed in Santa Ana, California as two separate performances. What makes them special is that one is in English and the other one in Spanish. These specials mark the first time that a Netflix comedian has recorded a stand up special in two languages that are set to release at the same time.

Both specials will showcase Felipe Esparza’s edgy style of humor. It’s the perfect way to be able to get through talking about difficult times he had growing up. Also, let’s not forget any current mistakes that happen as an adult.

I am excited that these specials are out just in time for my birthday. I have been a fan of Esparza for a long time now. He was the first Latino to win NBC’s Last Comic Standing in 2010. This lead to the first comedy special, They’re Not Gonna Laugh at You in 2012. Then Translate This in 2017. You may also recall seeing him in small recurring guest roles in NBC’s Superstore and Adult Swim’s The Eric Andre Show. Not to mention his long time podcast, What’s Up Fool? on the All Things Comedy Network.
